Day 01 Arrival Cochin          
On arrival, meet, assist and transfer to the hotel in Cochin. A city tucked in the beauty of coconut palms and endless blue waters is one of the important towns in South India, with a natural Harbour.

Day 02 Cochin / Thekkady       
Morning after breakfast drive to Thekkady (190 Kms/5Hrs) and transfer to the hotel in Thekkady. Thekkady-777 sq.km of lush green tropical forests is the natural habitat of elephant, bison, spotted deer, sambar, bear and many colorful birds etc. Rest of the day will be free for enjoying the natural wonders of Thekkady Overnight in Thekkady

Day 03 Thekkady                  
Morning after breakfast visit Periyar sanctuary which is the main attraction of Thekkady and one of the best sanctuaries in India for watching and photographing elephants at close quarters. Later proceed to enjoy the boat ride at Periyar lake. Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 04 Thekkady / Kumarakom         
Today, drive to Kumarakom (130 Kms/3Hrs) and transfer to the hotel in Kumarakom. Kumarakom is a charming village on the Eastern bank of Vembanadu Lake surrounded by paddy fields. The lake's majestic canals, streams and distributaries along its banks weave an intricate and enchantingly beautiful web. Rest of the day at leisure free for own and independent activities Overnight in Kumarakom

Day 05 Kumarakom                  
A day at leisure free for own and independent activities. Enjoy a boat cruise in Lake Vembanad. Overnight in Kumarakom.

Day 06 Kumarakom / Alleppy     
Today morning transfer you to Kumarakom Jetty to board the Houseboat, for the unique backwater cruise experience. Whilst you cruise along you will see several village along the bank of the backwaters. Have a peep into the rural life especially the Fisher folk! See rice being threshed, goods being traded. Overnight in Houseboat. (Air-con will be 2100-0700hrs only)

Day 07 Alleppy / Cochin               
Today morning after breakfast, disembark from the houseboat and drive to Cochin ((65 Kms/1hr 30mins) and check-in to the hotel. Later proceed for a half day tour of Cochin city. The major attractions of the city are the Mattancherry Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the Santa Cruz Cathedral, the Bolgatty Palace, and Willingdon Island. In the evening see the Chinese fishing nets. These nets, a glory of the past, silhouetted majestically against the sunset, are a spectacular sight. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 08 Departure              
Today, transfer to the airport to board flight for onward destination.
