Days 1 & 2: Phoenix/Scottsdale - Sedona
From Phoenix, it’s an easy freeway drive north to Flagstaff before hitting the stunning scenic roads to picturesque Sedona, possibly one of the most famous places you’ve never heard of! Sitting attractively at the end of Oak Creek Canyon, the town and its scenic surrounds starred in numerous Westerns making it strikingly familiar to most.  You are at leisure to explore its boutiques, galleries and outstanding countryside.

Days 3 & 4: Sedona - Tucson
Today, head back through Phoenix and out into the big country to Tucson for a two-night stay at the luxury Resort. In and around Tucson, there is plenty to see and explore including the Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios.

Days 5-7: Tucson - Tanque Verde Ranch
Having witnessed the physical legacy of the Old West now you’ll live it for real with three nights at Tanque Verde Ranch. All levels of rider are catered for and you’re assured of professional and enthusiastic guidance on up to three scheduled rides per day. As well as horse riding there’s also mountain biking, fishing, hiking, tennis, swimming and a small spa. (BLD)

Day 8: Tanque Verde Ranch - Tucscon
Head back to Tucson for another night at the splendid Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. (B)

Day 9: Tucson - Phoenix/Scottsdale
Today, head back to Phoenix in time for your onward return journey.
